Blood Pressure ◦ Heart Tracker (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is the operator of Blood Pressure ◦ Heart Tracker (the “App” and “Services”).

We also collect User Data, which is non-identifiable data automatically generated by use of the App (“User Data”). Where Personal Information may be treated as User Data in a given jurisdiction, it shall be deemed as such.

You have no legal obligation to provide us with any information; however, some or all of the App features may not be available if certain information is not provided.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for our internal analytics and reporting.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information — for example, to keep your checkout session working, to maintain a secure session, and to measure the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns.

In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep Personal Information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out herein, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your Personal Information for longer than one year after you stopped using the App.

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to that minor’s use of the App. If we learn that Personal Information from users under 13 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to delete such data from our records. If we are relying on your consent to process your Personal Information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

11. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

In short: Yes, if you are a resident of California you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of all third parties with whom we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have an account with the App, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the App. To request removal, contact us with the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California.

12. Do we make updates to this policy?

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice or by directly notifying you. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently.

14. How to delete your account and data

In short: Email support@bloodpressure-app.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will process your request within 30 days.

You can request permanent deletion of the personal data associated with you at any time. Send a request to support@bloodpressure-app.com with the subject line “Delete my account”. Please send the request from the email address used at purchase so we can verify your identity.

Once we complete deletion you will receive a confirmation email. If you change your mind after deletion, your data cannot be restored and any active subscription is non-refundable for time already elapsed; you are welcome to sign up again as a new user.
